Initial Client Meeting

Based on your needs, we will set a meeting with the partner who best suits your circumstances so that we can fully understand your goals and develop a plan to get you there.

Tax Return Preparation

All returns go through a three-tiered review process with our team, then double checked by computer software to ensure accuracy. 

Returns Sent to Client

Our client is sent an electronic copy of their tax return through their CAPATA Vault and are emailed a copy of their invoice. Once ready, our client will sign the e-file authorization forms and submit them back to us. 

Tax Return is E-filed

Upon receipt of the e-file authorization forms, all tax returns are e-filed. Invoices are due before the tax return is filed.
