Mission & Core Values

At CAPATA, We Help You Rise up to Build a Better Future.

This principle is taken from Nehemiah 2:17-18.

‘Then I said to them, “You see the trouble we are in, how Jerusalem lies in ruins with its gates burned. Come, let us build the wall of Jerusalem, that we may no longer suffer derision.” And I told them of the hand of my God that had been upon me for good, and also of the words that the king had spoken to me. And they said, “Let us rise up and build.” So they strengthened their hands for the good work.’

Since the foundation of CAPATA, we have had various opportunities to speak with different types of business owners and entrepreneurs who have all shared one thing in common. We have all been knocked down at some point in our lives, from entrepreneurs to anyone with any amount of life experience. Whether it’s personally, professionally, or financially, it happens. However, we did not stay there. We resolved with vigor and diligence to rebuild and we all come to the realization that we cannot do it on our own.

At CAPATA, our team understands that every business owner or entrepreneur has a different set of goals for themselves and their family. Some place a high value in building their business for profit. For others, it is not about becoming more profitable or making more money. Their end goal is about creating margin, giving, social good, autonomy, etc.

Whatever your goal is, we recognize our role in this process is helping you build what you envision your business to be. We will not only consult around building profit, but we will also make sure to tailor our approach to provide what you want YOUR future to be, not what we think it should be. It’s what we like to call the “Uncle Gary” approach. Our accountants are first counselors and friends before your business advisors.

We are proactive. We are responsive. We care.

Internally, CAPATA invests in the professional development of employees and provides flexible schedules/work arrangements to fit each person’s personal and professional lifestyle. We put our hand to the plow in certain seasons, but we are flexible enough to adjust for life events . . . babies, injuries, tragedies, etc. Our team is made up of smart, energetic, collaborative individuals who are ready to help business owners get the freedom they want.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css_animation=”none”]Then I said to them, “you see the trouble we are in, how Jerusalem lies in ruins with its gates burned.
